Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Creating job and developing new pastry and bakery recipes and concepts.
Overseeing the production of job baked goods and pastries.
Managing job inventory and ordering supplies.
Training and supervising job pastry and bakery staff.
Ensuring job food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Collaborating with other job departments to develop menus and specials.
Maintaining high quality and consistency in all job baked goods.
Managing job budget and controlling costs.
Staying updated on industry trends and techniques.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred job.
Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop job.
Certifications in pastry and baking techniques job.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role job.
Industry knowledge and understanding of current trends job.
Ability to lead and motivate a team job.
