Responsibilities:
- In this job you will coordinate and manage truck drivers’ schedules
and routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- In this job you will plan and schedule freight to be picked up and delivered, ensuring
adherence to timelines.
- In this job you will regularly review truck drivers’ logs to ensure compliance with
regulations and company policies.
- In this job you will document all calls, deliveries, routes, and times for pickups and
deliveries accurately and comprehensively.
- In this job you will complete and manage all paperwork related to shipments,
including invoices and other necessary documentation.
- In this job you will address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly
and professionally.
