Your opportunity:
- In this job you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all Talent Acquisition requests and inquiries requested for Advisory, Tax and Support Services team.
- In this job you will work closely with heads of departments and reporting manager to create a clear understanding of future resource requirements and execute sourcing strategies to deliver those needs. Ensure complete understanding of future requirements, to build strong and engaged talent pools.
- In this job you will sourcing and screening suitable CV or profiles that fit the job requirements and scheduling interviews at various stages.
- In this job you will conducting pre-HR interviews and independently completing HR rounds up to Assistant Manager/Manager roles.

- In this job you will responsible for collecting documents and supporting the smooth onboarding process for new hires.

- In this job you will produce and submit weekly reports on general HR recruitment activity to the reporting manager. Maintaining and updating the candidate database/tracker.

- In this job you will provide thought leadership to the team on best-practice recruiting strategies and inject new ideas and fresh thinking into our recruitment plans.
