- In this job you will develop effective and leading-edge learning solutions to build careers and manage the development of our people to drive high-performance teams.
- In this job you will implement and manage the annual learning curriculum at each service line and ensure that minimum baseline learning is prioritized within the company.
- In this job you will manage the firm’s online learning tool administratively and introduce creative approaches to boost effective utilization among learners.
- In this job you will track the mandatory training requirements for the organization and ensure that they are completed within the agreed timelines.
- In this job you will collaborate with Heads of Service Line and Head of People to develop L&D strategy and approach for each year –from a Technical and Soft skills perspective.
- In this job you will apply an understanding of business requirements and priorities by undertaking training needs analysis and translating the relevant outcomes into strategically planned annual L&D activities.
- In this job you will determine and use the best learning methods and technologies for learning needs, including in-person and virtual experiences, online learning platforms, podcasts, webinars, and others.
- In this job you will build relationships with Industry stakeholders, training vendors, and advise on learning & development best practices.
- In this job you will develop and deliver curriculums and professional skills courses, both in virtual and face-to-face formats, aligned with sound learning principles.
- In this job you will co-ordinate and roll out service line-specific technical training, which includes the end-to-end project management of core technical skills programs.
- In this job you will thoroughly assess the quality of implemented training programs through observation and learner feedback, and continuously improve based on relevant insights.
- In this job you will manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.

Key experience:

- Professional in Human Resources (CIPD, CHRP, CHRM) are required in this job.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development with an Accounting background or Professional services environment required in this job.
- Solid skills in training facilitation and instructional design required in this job
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required in this job.
- Proficient experience in using any HR learning tools/apps required in this job.
