Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who handles PRO cum Administrative Support to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong public relations and administrative work background, ensuring efficient handling of employee documentation, visa processing, and accurate HR administration. This role requires a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Public Relations (PRO) Duties:
    • Process and renew visas, labor cards, and other necessary documents for employees for this job.
    • Handle all government-related documentation and paperwork, ensuring compliance with UAE regulationsfot this job.
    • Liaise with government authorities for permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements for this job.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and ensure timely renewals for this job. 

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for this job.
  • Passport and Visa renewals and reports for this job.
  • Support HR in maintaining employee records and databases for this job.
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed, including preparing reports and handling correspondence for this job. 
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Attendance Tracking for this job.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field for this job. 
  • Proven experience as a PRO and in Administrative Support within the UAE for this job. 
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations for this job.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for this job.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and payroll software for this job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for this job.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity for this job.
