Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
– Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding, matching, and timely payments job
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues job
– Maintain updated records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures job
– Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries job
– Assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for financial audits job
– Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency job

Desired Candidate Profile 

– Immediately available job
– Assessment in excel and word should be good job
– AP background is required job
– POs and matching of POs experience required job
– Maintain updated records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures job
