Customer support is professional responsible in generation of leads, handling the on time service of customers, providing resolution and building the best customer relationship management for overall business.

  • In this Job We Provide product information and assist in decision-making.
  • In this Job We Resolve complaints and process
  • In this Job We Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution and Problem solving
  • In this Job Coordinate with team agents and report to team leaders

Desired Candidate Profile

Education in Diploma or Any graduate
