Department: Centralized Procurement (Real Estate Development)

Reports To: Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement, Supply Chain, and Contracts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, optimizing the supply chain, and overseeing contract management to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to acquire goods and services at the best value for this Job.
    Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
    Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements for this Job. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments and renewals.
    Ensure that contract terms are adhered to and manage any disputes or issues that arise for this Job.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and implement improvement plans as necessary.
    Address and resolve any issues related to supplier performance or delivery.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitor and control procurement costs to stay within budget.
    Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance, including cost analysis and savings achieved.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize procurement and supply chain management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement for this Job.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field for this Job. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contracts management. Proven track record of managing procurement activities and optimizing supply chains for this Job.
  • Skills:Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software.
