Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Group Finance Manager:

Group Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the job accounting operations of Saeed Ahmed Lootah & Sons group & its affiliates, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of job financial transactions. He will manage a team of job accountants, establish accounting job policies and procedures, and provide job financial analysis and reporting to support job decision-making.

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day job activities of the job accounting team, including general ledger job maintenance, job accounts payable and receivable, and job payroll processing.

• Develop and implement job accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant job regulations and accounting standards.

• Prepare and review job financial statements, including job income statements, job balance sheets, and job cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct regular job reconciliations of all financial accounts and resolve any job discrepancies or issues identified.

• Manage the year-end job audit process and act as the primary job liaison with external job auditors.

• Monitor and analyze job financial performance, identifying areas for job improvement and providing job recommendations to senior management.

• Oversee the job maintenance and integrity of the job general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring accurate recording and classification of job financial transactions.

• Implement and maintain effective job internal controls to safeguard company job assets and mitigate job risks.

• Provide leadership, job guidance, and professional development opportunities to the job accounting team, fostering a high-performance job culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in job accounting, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent job qualification, Big 4 job experience is preferable. Relevant job experience for min. 15 years.
